VENTURA, California – District Attorney Gregory D. Totten announced today that Kevin Jacob Enns (DOB 03/10/75), of Ventura, has been charged with two felony counts of embezzlement of public funds pursuant to Penal Code sections 424 and 508.

VENTURA, California – District Attorney Gregory D. Totten announced today that Elsworth Dennis Cadle (DOB 09/08/52), of Moorpark, has been charged with murder for the killing of Mark Milton, also of Moorpark, on January 3, 2020. The complaint also alleges that Cadle personally used a firearm causing death.
