VENTURA, California – District Attorney Erik Nasarenko announced today that on June 24, 2022, Rodolfo Fernandez Franco (DOB 03/20/81), of Oxnard, was convicted by a jury of one count of forcible rape, one count of forcible oral copulation, two counts of sodomy by use of force and one count of assault with the intent to commit rape.
