VENTURA, California – District Attorney Erik Nasarenko announced today that Alexis Provoste Aranguiz (DOB 01/31/79), of Chile, a suspected member of a South American Theft Group, has been charged with first-degree residential burglary and conspiracy, both felonies.

VENTURA, California – District Attorney Erik Nasarenko announced today that Robert Zermeno Delara (DOB 08/13/71), of Fillmore, pled guilty to felony workers’ compensation fraud and admitted a special allegation that the theft totaled more than $100,000.

VENTURA, California – District Attorney Erik Nasarenko announced today that Theresa Valdenegro (DOB 01/30/76), of Chile, and her son, Samir Valdenegro (DOB 01/12/01), of Chile, both suspected members of the South American Theft Group, have pled guilty to one felony count of conspiracy to commit identity theft and four felony counts of identity theft.
